当社はシリコンウェーハを始めとし、各種化合物半導体ウェーハ（SiC, GaN, GaAs, Ga₂O₃, InP, AlN, LT / LN, 水晶, サファイア, 石英など）に対応するCMP装置の設計・開発・製造・販売を行っております。
ウェーハマウンターやウェーハ厚み測定器なども開発、製造販売しております。その他、受託研磨加工・受託検査/測定も承っております。

Our company designs, develops, manufactures, and sells CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) equipment for silicon wafer as well as various compound semiconductor wafers, such as SiC, GaN, GaAs, Ga₂O₃, InP, AlN, LT/LN, quartz, sapphire, and crystal and so on.We also develop, manufacture, and sell wafer mounters and wafer thickness measurement systems. In addition, we offer contract polishing and inspection/measurement services.We handle polishing pads and various types of slurry (abrasives) as well, so please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
